She runs various education programs from her farm, including the Mini Muslim playgroup (reigniting the love for the sunnah in a unique environment with children under 6 years old.) She also has a background in Social Work, Nutrition and Dietetics. Incorporating her other studies (Social work with Islamic studies ) and her passion for helping Muslim women, she developed The Tranquil Soul *’Mindfulness Stretch Exercise Program’.* While similar to yoga and Pilates, she have incorporated stretch and breathing techniques within Islamic guidelines, to help women control stress and achieve an Nafs Al-mutma'inna.
